Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Human Resources Coordinator to join our HR team and support various HR functions. The Human Resources Coordinator will assist with the daily operations of the HR department, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and benefits administration. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for human resources. This role requires a high level of confidentiality, initiative, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.

  • Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires, including preparing new hire paperwork, conducting orientations, and ensuring a smooth integration into the company.

  • Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

  • Assist with the administration of employee benefits, including enrollment, changes, and inquiries.

  • Support the performance review process, including scheduling, tracking, and documentation.

  • Assist with employee relations issues, providing support and guidance as needed.

  • Coordinate training and development programs, including scheduling and tracking participation.

  • Help organize and execute HR initiatives and programs, such as employee recognition, wellness programs, and team-building activities.

  • Ensure compliance with all HR policies and procedures.

  • Perform other administrative tasks and special projects as assigned.

    Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Previous experience in a human resources role is preferred.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.

  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and confidentiality.

  • Professional demeanor and a positive attitude.

  • Familiarity with HR software and systems is desirable.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
