For over 50 years, Stein Seal Company has been a leading provider of custom designed seals and precision components for the use in a wide variety of Aerospace, Marine and Industrial applications. We have a immediate opening for a dedicated Human Resources Generalist to oversee all aspects of HR practices and processes. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in benefits administration, recruiting and manufacturing safety.
- Oversee employee benefits' administration and ensure compliance with company policies.
- Handle employees relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.
- Assist with the safety side of a manufacturing environment and oversee monthly safety inspections and safety meetings.
- Assist in training programs and tracking all training for auditing purposes.
- Assist with planning employee events.
- Continue to participate with the Human Resources network for updated changes to regulations and compliance issues.
- Degree in Human Resources or equivalent years of experience in Human Resources Management.
