Cognizant Sr. Product Specialist - Actimize - SAM in Kuala Lumpur, KL-Level 30, Malaysia

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Product Specialist (T) with 6 to 9 years of experience in Actimize-SAM and Cards & Payments domain. The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid model during day shifts contributing to the development and enhancement of our payment solutions. This role does not require travel.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the development and implementation of Actimize-SAM solutions to enhance our payment systems.

  • Oversee the integration of Actimize-SAM with existing payment platforms to ensure seamless operations.

  • Provide technical expertise in the Cards & Payments domain to support various projects and initiatives.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and design effective solutions.

  • Conduct thorough testing and validation of Actimize-SAM implementations to ensure quality and compliance.

  • Monitor and analyze system performance identifying areas for improvement and optimization.

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for all Actimize-SAM related processes and configurations.

  • Train and mentor junior team members on Actimize-SAM and payment systems best practices.

  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and advancements in Actimize-SAM and payment technologies.

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards in all projects.

  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Actimize-SAM related issues.

  • Participate in regular team meetings and provide updates on project progress and challenges.

  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of our payment solutions to meet evolving business needs.

Qualifications

  • Possess a strong background in Actimize-SAM with hands-on experience in implementation and integration.

  • Demonstrate expertise in the Cards & Payments domain with a deep understanding of industry practices.

  • Exhibit excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.

  • Show proficiency in developing and maintaining technical documentation.

  • Have experience in training and mentoring junior team members.

  • Display strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
