Your Role and Responsibilities

Job Overview: We are seeking to hire a highly motivated and technically proficient graduate software engineer into a Product Manager role and join our dynamic team.

As a Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between high-level business needs and technical execution. You will work closely with our Development, Product, and Design teams to ensure successful delivery of products that meet user needs and business objectives.

  • Translate high-level needs into detailed functional and technical requirements.

  • Support teams in delivering designed solutions through well-described user stories and acceptance criteria.

  • Prioritize features in collaboration with Development and Design.

  • Manage and prioritize the Product Backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals.

  • Guide and support the development team throughout the development lifecycle, ensuring clarity on requirements and addressing any questions or obstacles.

  • Gaining a deep understanding of users, their pain points, needs and behaviours. Developing user journeys and creating optimised onboarding experiences.

  • Collaborate closely with the Development team and UX/UI Design to create seamless user experiences.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Minimum of 3 years of practical experience as a product owner/manager in software development, preferably in IT Network Automation or Enterprise Application.

  • Advanced technical background and knowledge in backend and frontend technologies.

  • Proven experience in managing and prioritizing the product backlog.

  • Proficiency in epic, feature, and user story elaboration.

  • Strong communication skills.

  • Knowledge of defining, tracking and analysing key usage and engagement metrics to facilitate data driven decision making.

  • Experience managing a product roadmap for a continuous delivery SaaS environment.

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.

  • Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.

  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment.

  • A proactive approach and the ability to take initiative.

  • Understanding of different SaaS and PLG pricing models (Freemium, subscription, pay-as-you-go, etc) and they can be leveraged to drive product growth.
