Your Role and Responsibilities
Job Overview: We are seeking to hire a highly motivated and technically proficient graduate software engineer into a Product Manager role and join our dynamic team.
As a Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in bridging the gap between high-level business needs and technical execution. You will work closely with our Development, Product, and Design teams to ensure successful delivery of products that meet user needs and business objectives.
Translate high-level needs into detailed functional and technical requirements.
Support teams in delivering designed solutions through well-described user stories and acceptance criteria.
Prioritize features in collaboration with Development and Design.
Manage and prioritize the Product Backlog, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Guide and support the development team throughout the development lifecycle, ensuring clarity on requirements and addressing any questions or obstacles.
Gaining a deep understanding of users, their pain points, needs and behaviours. Developing user journeys and creating optimised onboarding experiences.
Collaborate closely with the Development team and UX/UI Design to create seamless user experiences.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
Minimum of 3 years of practical experience as a product owner/manager in software development, preferably in IT Network Automation or Enterprise Application.
Advanced technical background and knowledge in backend and frontend technologies.
Proven experience in managing and prioritizing the product backlog.
Proficiency in epic, feature, and user story elaboration.
Strong communication skills.
Knowledge of defining, tracking and analysing key usage and engagement metrics to facilitate data driven decision making.
Experience managing a product roadmap for a continuous delivery SaaS environment.
Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think critically.
Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, agile environment.
A proactive approach and the ability to take initiative.
Understanding of different SaaS and PLG pricing models (Freemium, subscription, pay-as-you-go, etc) and they can be leveraged to drive product growth.
