Job Opportunity:
We are seeking talented individuals to join our team to help us establish and grow our presence, organization, culture, which will drive our digital product development efforts. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technologies and collaborate with top professionals working on very high impact and visibility products.
As a part of security team engineers, you will participate in establishing security domain across Caterpillar application portfolios, including setting up standard processes and tooling and defect management.

What will you do?
As a Junior Cybersecurity Engineer, you will be a part of high-complexity IT and business initiatives that provide solutions to a broad range of information security operational areas to identify risk, secure, and protect the company’s information, including:
Understand and contribute to Security by Design practices, secure application software development lifecycle practices, security testing and assessment.
Being responsible for security engineering and vulnerability management of application development (SAST/DAST), Infrastructure as Code (IaC), and cloud (AWS, Azure) environments.
Applying security principles in Continuous integration and Continuous delivery in cooperation with DevOps.
Help development teams identify and track security risks to remediation while embracing concepts of agile delivery and DevOps.
What you have:
Basic theoretical knowledge about software security.
Background in computer science.
Can communicate effectively.
Responsibility.
You show initiative.
Top Candidates will also have:
Practical experience with software security (for example SAST/DAST)
Software Development/Programming: Knowledge of software development tools and activities; ability to produce software products or systems in line with product requirements.
Cloud experience (AWS)
