Job Summary
We are seeking a Sr. Product Specialist (T) with 10 to 14 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Java Platform APIs Database Basics and DevOps along with domain experience in Property & Casualty Insurance. This hybrid role requires a deep understanding of technical and domain-specific skills to drive product success. The candidate will work in a day shift with no travel requirements.
Responsibilities
Lead the development and implementation of product features using Java Platform APIs to ensure robust and scalable solutions.
Oversee database design and management ensuring data integrity and optimal performance.
Provide DevOps support to streamline deployment processes and enhance system reliability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements translating them into technical specifications.
Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to maintain high code quality standards.
Develop and maintain technical documentation to support ongoing product development and maintenance.
Implement best practices for software development including version control testing and continuous integration.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues ensuring minimal disruption to product functionality.
Engage with stakeholders to understand business needs and align technical solutions with organizational goals.
Mentor junior team members providing guidance and support to foster their professional growth.
Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to keep the product competitive and innovative.
Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements specific to the Property & Casualty Insurance domain.

Qualifications
Possess a deep understanding of Java Platform APIs and their application in product development.
