Job Title: Training Coordinator

Job Description

The Training Coordinator is responsible for supporting training teams by aiding in the authoring, development, and execution of training and sales tools. This role involves converting developed content into online learning courses, managing product courses, uploading and managing content on SharePoint, and assisting with administrative duties. The coordinator will also create learning paths, update courses, and work with trade and showroom teams as well as distributors.

This is a hybrid position requiring some days on-site in Kohler, Wisconsin and some days remote.
