If so, we want to hear from you! We\'re seeking an ambitious National Account Manager - Retail to join our team and take ownership of key national retail accounts. You\'ll be responsible for building strong relationships, developing data-driven strategies, and driving profitable sales growth. This position is imperative to the growth of this business unit as it is a strategic segment for the company. Specific responsibilities: * Manage and develop a strategic partnership with select retail accounts, optimizing our competitive position and maximizing sales opportunities. * Lead the development and execution of customer-centric strategies to achieve and exceed annual sales targets. * Manage brand presence and optimize sales channels, including retail.com. * Create and deliver high-impact sales presentations that effectively communicate brand and product value. * Collaborate with the Channel Manager to effectively manage trade expenditure. * Champion the Voice of the Customer (VOC) internally, driving cross-functional buy-in and strategic alignment. * Partner with the supply chain team to ensure accurate forecasting and timely product delivery. * Foster strong internal communication with key stakeholders to ensure strategic adjustments are understood and resources are efficiently allocated. * Develop and recommend annual budgets that are financially sound, feasible, and well-communicated within the organization. * Identify and nurture new business opportunities to drive sustainable growth. * Regularly communicate progress on monthly and quarterly initiatives to the Leadership Team. * Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including Channel Marketing, Product Marketing, and Finance. Requirements: * Minimum 7 years of experience managing national retail accounts with a track record of growth and exceeding sales targets * Minimum 2 years of direct experience managing the Costco business strongly preferred * Proven ability to manage P&L, budgets, and KPIs * Professional oral and written presentation skills * Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making * Ability to balance the needs of customers, consumers, and the brand * Self-motivated and capable of managing multiple projects independently * Strong problem-solving and risk anticipation skills * Proven ability to effectively negotiate contracts, pricing, trade terms, and promotional agreements with key retail accounts. * Bachelor\'s degree required * Travel up to 20% travel for customer meetings, factory visits, and HQ meetings.
