Lockheed Martin Systems Engineering Lab Administrator (Level II) - Top Secret in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania
Description: Lockheed Martin, a global leader in secure communications and advanced defense technology, is seeking a Systems Engineer / Lab Administrator to join our team. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to mission-critical projects supporting national defense, including military satellite communications (SATCOM) systems such as Advanced Extremely High Frequency (AEHF).
In this position, you will serve as the Lab Administrator and collaborate with an Agile development team to test and ensure the security, resilience, and high performance of software products. Your responsibilities will include managing lab resources, supporting automated testing efforts, and ensuring test environment stability.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee system administration for Valley Forge Test Berth (Test Laboratory).
- Act as COMSEC Custodian for the program.
- Perform PKMA CPSO functions for KTE systems.
- Maintain security posture and access control for the test berth.
- Manage assets allocated to the test environment.
- Serve as the primary contact for test berth status and issue reporting.
- Support the execution of automated tests to validate software quality and security.
Basic Qualifications:
- Experience with Windows System Administration, including troubleshooting, configuration, and maintenance.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment with cross-functional collaboration.
- Experience with Agile development methodologies, including participation in sprints and collaboration with product teams
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Desired Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field, with 2 years of professional experience, or a Master's degree with no professional experience, or equivalent experience/education.
- Security+ Certification.
- Experience with Linux system administration.
- COMSEC system administration experience.
- Familiarity with DCSA auditing processes.
- Experience supporting the execution of test plans and managing test environments.
- Proficiency in automated testing tools (e.g., Cypress or similar frameworks)
Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 9x80 every other Friday off
