The Human Resource Business Partner Associate partners with HSB management and employees by providing HR advice, leadership and consultative services. Understands the business strategy in order to support the development of clear actionable steps to support and achieve business goals and objectives. Support the implementation of various HR programs and practices across designated business unit(s) to include support of talent management, employee engagement, performance and development, staffing, compensation, and organizational design. This role will focus heavily on HR Generalist responsibilities as well as Talent Acquisition responsibilities.

Qualifications

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management, Human Resources, Psychology or equivalent work experience is preferred.

  • PHR, CHRP or Master’s degree in HR achieved or in progress is preferred

  • 1+ years of HR generalist experience or 3+ years’ experience in field relevant to the field of assigned client business unit(s).

Knowledge and Skills:

  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)

  • Experience in administering change management

  • Solution oriented and creative in problem solving

  • Must possess leadership courage and commitment to do “the right thing”

  • Demonstrated highlevel of emotional intelligence

  • MS office Suite and Outlook

  • Time Management skills
