As the Flight Scheduler, Aviation, you will coordinate flight arrangements for the executive team of C&S. This role is the primary point of contact for Executive Assistants and the executive team on all matters pertaining to flights aboard C&S Aviation Services operated or chartered aircraft and for making logistical decisions related to flight safety, personnel security, and costs.

Job Description

• This role is fully on-site in Keene, NH

• The ability to work a flexible schedule, including rotating weekends and on-call shifts (nights), is required.

You Will Contribute By

• Partnering with executive assistants to schedule travel for executives on company aircraft or considering other alternatives for cost-effectiveness and efficiency.

• Making appropriate flight/travel recommendations to executives.

• Making decisions relating to scheduling based on crew duty limitations, equipment limitations, cost-effectiveness, and passenger needs.

• Ensuring 24/7 coverage of all C&S Aviation Service flight/charter operations.

• Providing a white-glove level of customer service, striving to exceed service expectations.

• Coordinating fuel cost inquiries to participating fuel discount providers.

• Deciding on the fixed-base operator (FBO) for handling services, fuel costs, and amenities.

• Uploading invoices to be paid into the Oracle system for the Aviation Department.

We're Looking for Candidates With

• 1+ year experience as a flight coordinator or experience coordinating travel.

• Experience working in a similar corporate environment is strongly preferred.

• Knowledge of FAA regulations and familiarity with the aviation industry.

• Experience with aviation scheduling software (CAMP), preferred.

• Strong attention to detail with the ability to multitask.

• Highly adaptable with the ability to pivot with changing priorities, and problem-solve critical issues.

• Strong customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively.

• Must be available to work weekends, nights, and holidays
