Job Description

Seeking a Carpenter to lead framing and general labor duties on a commercial construction project. The successful candidate will utilize various hand tools and power equipment such as power drills, tape measures, hand saws, nail guns, and reciprocating saws for material preparation and framing tasks.

Job Type

This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 1000 Hour(s).

Work Environment

The position is based in the Fox Valley, with potential for ongoing projects across the state for those willing to travel. Work is conducted in teams of 5-6, under the supervision of a hands-on Site Manager. The environment will be a typical construction site, which may include noise from power tools. All projects involve unoccupied buildings or new constructions.
