Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis. This role involves managing accounts payable processes, vendor setup and maintenance, and data entry tasks. Responsibilities
Manage accounts payable processes
Perform vendor setup and maintenance
Handle way match and vendor management
Conduct data entry related to accounts payable
Utilize Infor, M3, and Excel for various tasks
Essential Skills
Proficiency in accounts payable processes
Experience with vendor setup and maintenance
Familiarity with way match and vendor management
Strong data entry skills
Knowledge of Infor, M3, and Excel
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Previous experience in a similar role is preferred
Strong attention to detail
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
Work Environment
This is a part-time role, requiring 20 hours a week with a flexible schedule. The office environment consists mainly of cubicles, providing a professional and focused workspace.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $22.00 - $25.00/hr.
