Job Title: Project ArchitectJob Description
As a Project Architect, you will oversee the entirety of architectural projects from inception to completion. Your responsibilities will include designing and managing the work of drafters/designers assigned to your projects. You will take lead on multifamily and corporate building projects, ensuring designs transition smoothly from concept to construction-ready drawings. Your role involves frequent client interactions to provide project updates and coordinating with General Contractors. You will use Revit exclusively as it is the primary software tool.
Hard Skills
Bachelor Degree in Architecture
Proficient in Revit
6+ years of commercial and retail design experience
Ability to become Licensed or Registered
Soft Skills
- Experience with Customer Interfacing
Job Type
This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 9 Month(s).
Work Site
This is a fully on-site position in Kalamazoo, Michigan.
Work Environment
The position is primarily office-based with the opportunity to work remotely one day a week. The company supports a flexible schedule, offering a 4-day work week with 10-hour days.
