Robert Half Communication Specialist-Production in Juno Beach, Florida
Description
We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Communication Specialist-Production in Juno Beach, Florida. In this role, you will support and develop best-in-class video productions for business unit clients, manage client relationships, and support A/V requirements, among other responsibilities.
Responsibilities:
• Support and develop initiatives of video productions for both internal and external communications
• Conduct project planning and coordination
• Develop creative designs and scripts for effective storytelling
• Carry out videography, field production work, editing, and post-production activities
• Manage contractor/vendor relationships
• Ensure completed productions achieve defined communication and business objectives
• Handle A/V requirements including equipment management, troubleshooting, and providing technical support for webcasts, telephone bridges, and special live events
• Keep updated on the latest video delivery systems and maintain the library of existing visual digital content
• Travel as required for project needs
• Exhibit strong dedication to customer service, flexibility, and enthusiasm for meeting the demands of internal clients.
Requirements • Excellent customer service skills, with a proven track record of maintaining strong client relationships
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
• Knowledge of marketing principles and strategies
• Familiarity with standard procedures and policies in a production environment
• Proficiency in data analytics and reporting
• Understanding of compliance requirements in a production setting
• Proven research skills with an ability to apply findings to operational improvements
• Experience in planning processes and workflow optimization
• Design skills, with a focus on improving user experience and operational efficiency
• Strong project management skills, with a track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
• Experience in supervising teams, with a focus on fostering a positive and productive work environment
• Proficient in creating and delivering presentations to various stakeholders
• Experience in auditing production processes and implementing improvements
• Understanding of production processes and strategies
• Experience working with vendors and managing vendor relationships
• Proven ability to troubleshoot issues in a timely and effective manner
• Experience in onboarding new employees and providing necessary training
• Proficiency in maintaining and updating websites, with a focus on user experience
• Ability to perform ad hoc financial analyses and apply findings to financial planning
• Experience in implementing new strategies and processes
• Knowledge of digital platforms and technologies, with a focus on maximizing their use in a production environment
• Willingness to travel as required by the job
• Experience in public relations, with a focus on maintaining a positive public image for the company
• Knowledge of best practices in a production environment
