Position Summary

Provides support and resolves escalated issues from associate service desk supports. Maintains close communication to ensure the delivery of reliable service to the organization.

Major Tasks and Responsibilities

  • Trains associate service desk supports on established policies, procedures and services.

  • Provides technical support to users and resolves technical issues.

  • Communicates with users on escalated issues from initial contact through resolution.

  • Deploys computer equipment, software, and diagnostic tools to provide extensive customer support.

  • Provides Knowledge Base Articles and submits them to databases.

  • Informs leadership about project statuses and technical issues.

  • Exercises judgment in procedure selection and application to determine when to escalate issue to higher support levels.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Associate degree in computer science or a related field.

  • 2+ years of service desk or customer support experience.

  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.

  • Troubleshooting and technical support skills.

Pay Rate: $21.75 - $25.10 per hour, based on experience
