Project manager in LMP Asia provides end to end project management for LEGO brick-built models, covering collaboration with Stakeholders, as well as managing internal project team in order to deliver the models at right quality, scope, delivery terms & within right/agreed budget

LEGO Model Production designs, develops and manufactures brick based solutions of in-store and 3D models on a global level. To contribute to the deliverables of the organization it is important to ensure that we are able to react flexibibly onto partners demands of LEGO brick-built models also in Asia region (spec. LCS, China market group or other APAC partners, including Merlin with focus on LEGOLAND parks and LDCs). To cover those demands, there is located LMP modelshop in LEGO Jiaxing campus which is able to design, develop and produce portfolio of LEGO brick-built models for Asia from Asia
Core Responsibilities:
End-to-end project management, including stakeholders management and internal & external partnership development
Management of local and global projects related to LEGO brick-based solutions, and relevant ancillary services
Active communication with stakeholders incl demand management, clarification of requirements, brief & debrief, project progress reporting
Setting up project timeline with goal to manage scope, budget (project economy accuracy) and ontime delivery at the right quality level (standard poject process triangle)
Execute daily project operations by following relevant systems & processes
Manage project team, track project timeline & milestones, communicate clearly about tasks and goals to all project team members
Ensure proper problem solving and continuous improvement management (including cost & resource savings), strive to delivery the best and encourage project team members to move the bar constantly. Be a role model, provide constructive feedback and share learnings from projects on local and global level.
Fulfill other tasks from direct leader.
Do you have what it takes?
Great communication and networking skills. Customer focus, can-do attitude.
Direct or indirect project management experience
Direct or indirect people leadership skills
Structured & advanced time management skills, ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects at the same time - open minded and adaptable for changes and challenges.
Detailed oriented person with structured approach and focus on results / deliverables
Ability to perform by working independently, in teams and in a non direct leadership role.
Natural leader and a team player with ability to work in a diverse and fast-paced changing environment on global level
Personal drive, hunger to learn and develop in various areas
Flexibility to work round the clock (global projects)
Willingness to do frequent domestic travels, as well as travelling abroad
Key account or other stakeholder management experience incl sales and/or trade marketing experience
Previous experience with project management tools and processes
Experience in retail, events or business development (incl. retail construction)
