Robert Half SAP Implementation Consultant in Jersey City, New Jersey
Description
Remote position available! A national client of ours based in Jersey City, NJ is currently seeking an SAP Implementation Consultant to assist on a large scale, end-to-end implementation. The SAP Implementation Consultant will primarily collaborate with the accounting and finance leaders, as well as be a liaison to the system integrator. Additional responsibilities will include overseeing the project life cycle, assisting with process mapping and documentation, requirement gathering, configuration, and testing. The ideal SAP Implementation Consultant will have recent prior experience implementing SAP with an accounting/finance mindset, and will be familiar with procure to pay, order to cash, record to report, and treasury functions. Strong communication skills, the ability to influence decisions, and motivate internal business partners is strongly preferred.

Requirements
• Proficiency in SAP S/4HANA, S/4HANA, SAP HANA software
• Hands-on experience with Software Implementations
• Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and meet deadlines
• Exceptional communication and team management skills
• Advanced problem-solving skills and ability to handle stress
• Familiarity with project management software tools and methodologies
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment
• Strong understanding of project lifecycle and project management principles
• Excellent leadership and decision-making skills.
