job summary:
A Construction Manager is needed for the world's largest food and beverage company in the Jefferson, WI area. The Construction Manager oversees all site construction activities, ensuring project safety, budget, and schedule compliance while coordinating with stakeholders and managing technical and documentation tasks.

responsibilities:
Act as the point of contact for all site construction activities.
Inform engineering and plant staff of site construction and safety activities.
Prepare and support Engineering Work Orders (EWOs), Earned Value Management (EVM), and Quality Information Systems (QIS).
Manage internal, contract, and other resources involved in pre-design, construction, and engineering.
Coordinate and maintain project schedules, ensuring work is planned at least 6 weeks in advance.
Coordinate with project support staff, vendors, contractors, and plant personnel on project matters.
Manage field inputs, Requests for Information (RFIs), and submittals through CX Alloy or similar tools.
Skills:
Proficient in Information Technology (BIM 360, File Sharing Systems, Cx Alloy, Pet Pro, SAP).
Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Project, Access, One Note).
strong decision-making abilities and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and possess good interpersonal skills.
Experience:
15 years of Construction Management related.
strong MEP construction experience (multi-million dollar capex projects) in the food and/or industrial manufacturing industry.
More than 3 years' experience software applications (Microsoft Word, Excel, Cx Alloy, and others).
