About your new role: As the Business Intelligence Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting complex data sets to support data-driven decision-making across the organization. This position will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including information technology, department leaders, and the executive team, to identify key performance indicators, develop dashboards, and generate actionable reports. What you need: Bachelor\'s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field. Must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship. Proven experience as a Business Intelligence Analyst or similar role, demonstrating a track record of successfully delivering data-driven insights. Proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation. Hands-on experience with BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) and data visualization best practices. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail. Excellent communication and presentation abilities to convey complex findings to non-technical stakeholders. Knowledge of statistical concepts and experience with statistical analysis tools (e.g., R, Python) is a plus. Familiarity with data warehousing and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) concepts.
