We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Patient Intake Coordinator to join our front office team.
salary: $18 - $22 per hour

Responsibilities
Job Description: The Patient Intake Coordinator plays a critical role in the patient experience by managing the initial interaction and administrative processes for incoming patients. This position involves coordinating patient appointments, verifying insurance information, and ensuring accurate and complete documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist patients upon arrival.
Collect and verify patient information, including personal details, insurance information, and medical history.
Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
Manage patient records and ensure all paperwork is accurately completed.
Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Coordinate with medical staff to streamline patient flow and reduce wait times.
Handle patient billing and payment processing.
Maintain confidentiality and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
