Description:
We are looking for a Revenue Manager to join our team at Hyatt Regency Istanbul Atakoy. If you have a passion for revenue management, strong analytical skills, and a strategic mindset, this is your opportunity to be part of a globally recognized hospitality brand.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement revenue management strategies to maximize hotel revenue and profitability.
• Monitor market trends, competitor pricing, and demand patterns to optimize pricing and inventory.
• Analyze data and prepare reports to support decision-making and forecast future performance.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations teams to align revenue strategies.
• Ensure effective use of revenue management systems and tools.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and adjust strategies as needed.
• Drive direct booking strategies and improve distribution channel performance.
Qualifications:
Qualifications & Experience:
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in revenue management, preferably in an international hotel chain.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Proficiency in revenue management systems (e.g., IDeaS, Opera, STR reports).
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to adapt to market changes and implement strategic actions.
• Fluent in English and Turkish.
