Description
· Responsible from all organizational, operational activities of the department
· Supporting the team in reporting; preparing daily, weekly and monthly analysis
· Analyzing data to understand what is working and what is not, and helping teams with the adjustments to improve results.
· Assisting all promotional activities: New launches, merchandising, in-store & off-site events
· Preparing launch/campaing analysis, sku based sales reports
· Preparing product marketing presentations, shared with related parties
· Preparing product catalogues monthly & assisting with the pricing process
· Following the assigned tasks according to the schedule and reporting them to manager
· Creating projects to boost sales activations & launch performances
· Tracking the forecast,supply,shipment and stock availability of the products
· Interact efficiently with other departments (sales, logistics, training department…) to support marketing objectives
Qualifications
Qualifications
· University Graduate Level
· English – Excellent
· A successful candidate should be a strong, dynamic and flexible and especially multi-tasking for collaborating with different deparments
· Good computer skills, including in Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, and Power Point, especially in excel
· Good communication skills – including understanding how to clearly communicate messages to consumer and key stakeholders
· Excellent analytical skills, willingness to interpret data
· Interest in trends and new technology
· Detail oriented
· Strong in multi-tasking & following up tasks
