Citigroup Digital Technical Program Lead Analyst in Irving, Texas
Citibank, N.A. seeks a Digital Technical Program Lead Analyst for its Irving, TX location.
Duties: Oversee the lifecycle for a complex cross functional body of work that has a long-term positive impact on the company. Establish collaborative and productive relationships with product management, governance, UX design, vendors, and other supporting teams. Foster an environment of engineering excellence and innovation. Work closely with development teams to build and launch new products, features and programs. Define and organize the program, outline tenets, analyze data, drive performance improvements, and influence resource allocation for all stages of execution (from ideation to delivery). Own planning, standups, demos, retrospectives, and the execution of sprints. Coordinate with teams in building using modern practices and tools. Understand service level agreements (SLA) and how your systems are performing in relation to them. Ensure systems self-report breaches and understand root cause. Provide timely resolution of identified production defects. A telecommuting/hybrid work schedule may be permitted within a commutable distance from the worksite, in accordance with Citi policies and protocols.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Electronic Engineering, or a related field, and seven (7) years of experience in the job offered, or in a related occupation. Seven (7) years of experience must include: Working with Agile methodology techniques, using Scrum frameworks and establishing key delivery metrics including Sprint Burndown, Burnup charts, team velocity, defect leakage, and throughput for tracking program execution; Working with all stages of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) involved in Project execution; Creating Agile roadmaps, planning and coordinating technology projects, and focusing on customer experience and building delivery processes; Using MS Office Suite and Atlassian tool suite including JIRA and Confluence to perform analysis and communicate to stakeholders, generate status reports to monitor projects, evaluate progress and quality, and take corrective action to meet project deadlines; Working across multiple scrum teams and coordinating the delivery of software programs including Microsoft Project, JIRA, SharePoint, and Confluence; and Coordinating the end-to-end delivery of engineering work through North America's Digital engineering organization and all dependent organizations, while reporting progress and ensuring dependencies are covered. 40 hrs./wk.
