Job Title: Facilities Maintenance Technician
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $40.00/hr
Job Description:
The Facilities Maintenance Technician will be responsible for providing facilities maintenance to a portfolio of Medical Office Buildings, such as outpatient centers or surgery centers.
This position entails maintenance of HVAC systems, minor electrical and plumbing repairs, and performing monthly preventive maintenance.
Plumbing repairs
Repair/replacement of facility lighting, ballast, switches, and receptacles
Preventive maintenance
Ordering materials and contractor services
Shift:
- 1st shift; Monday-Friday; 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM
