S&T Bank's Summer Internship Program is a compensated professional learning experience that offers meaningful, practical, real-life experience.

Hours may be determined based on the needs of the department but will not exceed 29 hours per week.

Internship Program Starting Rate: $13.00/hour

Function: The Intern - HR Technology/HRIS assists with maintenance of the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) and provides system support.

Duties and Responsibilities: Supports HRIS updates Reviews current and previous update documentation and reviews potential changes with management. Assists with review of tickets in the ticketing system and assists to respond in a timely matter. Makes suggestions to improve processes and leverage the return on system capabilities. Develops functional and technical experience in support of disciplines across Human Resources. Assists with audit and quality control processes for maintaining data integrity. Reviews system generated notifications for accuracy and opportunity for enhancement. Assists with special projects (example: Safety incident tracking set up) Maintain a good working relationship with all bank employees. Demonstrate strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently, as well as motivated to work as a team player to contribute to the success of the department and in turn the organization. Perform additional duties as required.

Physical Demands: Operates a keypad device: 80% of the day. Specific vision requirements include close vision of 18'-20' for computer work. Must be able to lift, move, and/or carry up to 20lbs. Education In pursuit of a four-year degree in business, human resources, information technology or related field.

Salary Range:

$15.00 - $21.15
