Wells Fargo Senior Analytics Consultant in Hyderabad, India

About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Analytics Consultant for Human Resources. We develop and implement our “team members, candidates, and operational” strategies to support Wells Fargo’s business objectives. This group manages BI Data Products for Talent management, compensation and benefits, Employee Care and relations service management, learning and development and recruiting. We work together as One HR to make Wells Fargo an employer of choice. Our foundational success is based on the ability to operate efficiently, attract, retain, develop HR team members, strengthen controls, and scale technology infrastructure.

In this role, you will:

  • Consult, review and research moderately complex business, operational, and technical challenges that require an in-depth evaluation of variable data factors

  • Perform moderately complex data analysis to support and drive strategic initiatives and business needs

  • Develop a deep understanding of technical systems and business processes to extract data driven insights while identifying opportunities for engineering enhancements

  • Lead or participate on large cross group projects

  • Mentor less experienced staff

  • Collaborate and consult with peers, colleagues, external contractors, and mid-level managers to resolve issues and achieve goals

  • Leverage a solid understanding of compliance and risk management requirements for supported area

Required Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of Analytics experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Desired Qualifications:

  • Hands-on experience in reporting and data analysis.

  • Performing quality check/analysis on BI products.

  • Writing advance SQL and stored procedure or similar experience

  • Oracle, SQL Server or similar database experience

  • Advance Tableau, Power BI experience

  • Extensive knowledge and understanding of data research and analysis

  • Strong analytical skills with ability to draw conclusions and translate findings from data.

  • Tableau certification

  • Power Apps

  • Experience in HR domain using Workday

  • ETL Tools: Alteryx/SSIS

  • Python/R, data mining, machine learning

  • Financial experience

  • Good team player
