Oracle Applications Engineer in HYDERABAD, India

Job Description

As part of our team, you will work with cutting-edge technologies such as Java, Oracle Jet, Microservices, and Oracle Database. You will develop highly complex features while gaining expertise in Supply Chain Management (SCM) and SCM Common Applications. Collaborate with business analysts and supply chain experts to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Develop expertise in Oracle SCM and SCM Common products.

  • Create design and code specifications.

  • Write, test, and optimize high-quality, high-performance code.

  • Maintain and enhance existing modules using industry-standard tools such as Java, Oracle Jet, Microservices, REST APIs, and Oracle Database.

Qualifications

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in product development or relevant software development roles.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.

  • Proficiency in coding and debugging using one or more of the following: Java, Oracle Jet, Microservices, REST APIs, Oracle Database, and Service-Oriented Architecture.

  • Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, and problem-solving techniques.

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience collaborating with customers and cross-functional teams, including development teams.

  • Familiarity with Scrum and Agile methodologies.

  • Prior experience in large-scale product development.

  • Strong understanding of system design and microservices architecture.

  • Exposure to JavaScript and related frameworks.
