Key Responsibilities:

Summary of your day-to-day?

You will be assisting customers and/or partners with questions and issues with the Sage Intacct application via live help, online customer portal and over the phone. You will be managing your cases which includes maintaining, updating and prioritising, to meet published customer service level agreements. You will also troubleshoot issues along with providing proactive suggestions to improve customer use and satisfaction.

Minimum qualifications

•Fluency in French, both verbal and writing (Essential)

•Experience troubleshooting API/Web Services issues

•Experience and knowledge of XML, Web Services client tools

•Understanding of Accounting or Financial business operations
