Job Description:

Role Overview: As a Business Analyst, you will engage with cross-functional teams to capture, analyze, and document project requirements for the continuous improvement ofwww.sage.com. Collaborating with regional strategists, delivery managers, and specialized digital teams like SEO and GECO, you’ll help shape and optimize projects that support ambitious business objectives and elevate user engagement.
This is a hybrid role - three days per week in one of the following offices: Winnersh, London or Newcastle.
Please note this is a fixed term contract for 12 months.
Key Responsibilities:
Summary of your day to day:
In this role, you will evaluate the currentSage.comlandscape to document user journeys, pages, and functional elements while identifying opportunities for optimization. Collaborating with the analytics lead, you’ll analyze user experiences to prioritize testing opportunities and partner with the platform lead to assess the feasibility and impact of changes. You’ll also work closely with cross-functional teams to gather user stories, define acceptance criteria, and develop implementation plans that align with Sage’s design standards, ensuring seamless project execution and documentation.
What you'll be doing:
Analyze user experiences to identify testing and optimization opportunities.
Collaborate with platform and design leads to assess and implement changes.
Document requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria in Jira.
Create detailed implementation plans with clear timelines and responsibilities.
Required Skills and Experience:
Experience in a Business Analyst or Project Management type of role.
Project Management or Agile qualifications (Certification in either is a must)
