We are seeking an Occupational Therapist with a work history in hand therapy, Certification in Hand Therapy, (CHT), is preferred. As an Occupational Therapist, you will play a crucial role in helping patients regain their independence and improve their quality of life. FUNCTIONS / DUTIES OF POSITION: Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment results Provide occupational therapy interventions to improve patients\' functional abilities Monitor and document patients\' progress and adjust treatment plans as needed Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care Educate patients and their families on therapeutic techniques and strategies QUALIFICATIONS: Graduate from an accredited college with an AOTA curriculum A current state of Massachusetts license, CPR certification Strong knowledge of occupational therapy principles and techniques Knowledge of post -op protocols Proficient in splinting skills Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Proficient in using relevant technology and software for documentation Excellent patient care and communication skills with the ability to multitask while providing an exceptional experience for anyone that enters the clinic.
