Summary - CYR hospitality front desk job, and /or hotel receptionist, involves greeting guests, handling their needs, and managing the front desk Greeting CYR owners and guests: Welcoming guests in a friendly and warm manner Handling CYR owners/guest needs: Answering questions about the hotel, services, amenities, and local attractions Managing reservations: Taking bookings by phone, email, or online, and managing cancellations and room assignments Processing payments: Accepting check, or credit card payments, and verifying credit card information. Keep track of charge payments such as Annual Maintenance Fees (AMF) Maintaining records: Keeping accurate records of bookings and payments Organizing the front desk: Setting up the desk with brochures, maps, and discount cards, and keeping the area tidy and professional Collaborating with Court Yard Resort Board of Trustees and Owners: Working with other hotel staff to ensure a safe and positive experience for guests, and to fulfill guest requests.
