FUNCTIONS TO BE PERFORMED: *** Welding of carbon steel plate or stainless steel, if qualified, under prescribed conditions *** Recognize weld defects through visual inspection of welds and rework when necessary *** Grind and clean weld area where required *** Work with grinders as required *** Read and understand engineering blueprints, drawings and welding symbols *** Have knowledge of company welding procedures and processes *** Follow all safety policies and procedures *** Perform other related duties as required by Supervisors
