PeopleReady General Construction Laborer in Hutchinson, Kansas
People Ready Skilled Trades now has an office in Columbus and is ready to hire! We are looking for Construction Trade People for projects in Ohio Indiana, Illinois and the surrounding areas.
Note: The hourly rate for this position is $19 - $27 / hour. This range is a good-faith estimate based on factors such as relevant skills, experience, education, training, geographic location and other considerations permitted by law. An employee's pay history will not be a contributing factor where prohibited by local law. Applications are accepted on an ongoing basis unless a deadline is otherwise stated.

Responsibilities:
Loading up truck
Carrying materials to workers
Clean-up debris, sweep and put into dumpsters
Know how to use power tools to drill holes and place screw and bolts between two metal pieces
Fork lift operation knowledge is a plus but not necessary
TOOLS: Basic hand tools especially impact wrench, cordless drill.
Specialty tools will be provided PPE: ALL especially safety glasses install, maintain, and sometimes design solar panel systems on rooftops or other structures, connecting them to the electrical grid by assembling, mounting, and wiring solar panels according to building codes and safety regulations, while ensuring optimal energy production from the system; often requiring physical labor, working at heights, and knowledge of electrical systems.
Qualifications:

Perform various construction tasks, and maintain a clean and safe work site.
Physical stamina, basic construction knowledge, and the ability to follow instructions are essential.
