PeopleReady is hiring Journey Level Roofers! Pay ranges from $30 $33 per hour DOE. Location: Huntington Park, CA. MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE WITH TORCH DOWN AND SHINGLES!
The pay rate for this job is $30 - $33 / hour

Responsibilities:
Remove existing roof, dispose, clean surface, and prepare for installation of new roof.
Inspect roof deck for damage and replace.
Install new torch roofing of approximately 750 sq. feet of rubberized roof system over main home flat roof.
Install new grade "A" Polyglass ElastoFlex.
Heat weld and install new grade "A" Polyglass APP Base sheet beneath all flashings and metals.
Use metal primer for proper bond between materials.
Install new grade "A" POLYFRESKO "G" rubberized cap sheet using propane heat torch.
Seal penetrations using acrylic white mastic.
Shingle roof repair of approximately 250 sq. feet over front door overhang leaking section only.
Qualifications:
E-Verify: Must be eligible to work in the United States.
Minimum 5 years of residential and commercial roofing experience.
Strong experience with torch down and shingles.
Self sufficient and fully tooled in the trade.
Reliable transportation to and from job sites.
