Please Note: The job description is pending Commission approval for updates: Under general supervision of the Superintendent, serves as the District receptionist, greeting and assisting visitors to the District; operates a multi-line telephone system; receives callers, determines nature of business and directs callers to appropriate destination; provides routine information to the public with tact, patience and courtesy; performs a variety of clerical duties and does related work as is necessary and required.

If you pass the written and/or performance exam, you may be scheduled to participate in the Oral/Technical Exam. Candidates must pass each portion of the exam in order to proceed in the recruitment and be placed on the eligibility list.
The eligibility list for this recruitment will be valid for one year.
