Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor
Job Description
The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing maintenance operations across three healthcare facilities in Livingston, Humble, and Tomball. This role ensures optimal operations and client/tenant satisfaction through general repairs and scheduled maintenance of building systems and equipment. In the absence of a Chief Engineer, the Maintenance Supervisor will act as the primary point of contact for all maintenance responsibilities and communications with the property management team.
Responsibilities
Perform general maintenance and repairs to ensure the orderliness of the property.
Oversee maintenance systems to ensure optimal operations and client/tenant satisfaction.
Complete work orders related to physical maintenance and repairs using work order software programs.
Implement routine physical improvements.
Respond to emergency situations according to departmental protocol.
Assist in maintaining equipment, tools, and supplies, including inventories and logs.
Implement a comprehensive preventative maintenance plan and maintain all related records and logs.
Assist in controlling expenses associated with building operations.
Communicate effectively regarding building status and changes.
Adhere to all safety standards, policies, procedures, codes of conduct, and best practices.
Act professionally and courteously with tenants, hospital clients, co-workers, vendors, and patients.
Utilize materials, supplies, tools, and other building property safely and productively.
Essential Skills
3 years of maintenance experience in a commercial setting.
Excellent customer service skills.
3+ years of experience working with HVAC/BAS (building automation systems).
Ability to work well with others.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Experience in healthcare facilities is a plus.
Strong communication skills.

Work Environment
You will be working in a healthcare facility with office hours from 7 AM to 4 PM, including rotating weekends and occasional overtime.
Job Type & Location
This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Humble, Texas.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $36.00/hr.
