Applied Materials Customer Service Representative - (B2) in Hsinchu, Taiwan
Key Responsibilities
Return/repair
Can pull, organize and analyze data based on operation/business need
Reconcile volumed data
Billing
System/process troubleshooting
Process documentation, review and input/feedback
Audit support
Be able to coordinate with peers and communicate with global counterparts for necessary OM action
Represent region to participate global project for process/ issue/ gap/ requirement input, UAT, and deployment
Qualifications
Bachelor degree or above in International Business and business administration or related discipline from top universities
Expertise in data analysis, and knowledge on Import/ Export business and international trade business
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Personality with positive, proactive, detail-oriented, and responsible
Proficient in SAP/CRM, MS Office (Excel skill is highly required)
Fluent in Mandarin and English (TOEIC score higher than 750)
