Description
Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Operations Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will apply their expertise and strategic focus to conduct complex operational analyses and lead medium to large project teams that support informed decision-making within the business unit. This role requires collaboration across business units and direct engagement with senior management.
Key Responsibilities:
Set up and maintain wells in ProCount.
Prepare, monitor, and maintain oil and gas allocations.
Collaborate with Field Operators and asset teams to ensure daily and monthly allocations are accurate.
Perform variance analysis for external and internal volumes.
Work with Revenue Accounting to resolve and correct production issues.
Prepare and submit OGORS for the company.
Interact with regulatory agencies to ensure timely resolution of issues and questions.
Prepare monthly activity reports.
Provide estimated gas meter volumes to purchasers as needed.
Support special projects as required.
Requirements
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience.
Strong statistical and analytical skills.
Ability to review and approve findings for presentation to senior management.
Experience in mentoring and coaching lower-level analysts.
Proficiency in ProCount and oil & gas allocations.
Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
