In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Partnering with J&J Learn, and JJ Learn/IM Program Manager and JJIM L&D Businesses to support the execution of the J&J Learn tech migration initiatives for J&J IM NA Pharma, including content and data migration to J&J Learn technology.

  • Supporting J&J IM content migration initiative across TAs to ensure it meets the standards and J&J Learn migration criteria.

  • Overseeing J&J Learn tech migration support team supporting administrative activities including content conversion, extraction, etc.

  • Collaborating with the communications team to ensure seamless implementation within each TA/Group.

  • Documenting and create a clear strategic framework of how J&J Learn technology stack would be utilized by Janssen NA Commercial, taking a high level strategic vision w/ the Digital and Program Management team to create additional layers of depth and detail for tactical execution of migration and then ongoing platform management for these audiences

  • Upskill on platform administration to identify what training materials need to be created to upskill our learning administrators.

  • Overseeing the sunsetting of legacy products and ensure each JJIM Business Team reaches steady state after launch.

  • Coordinate between the learning Platform Operations Team and J&J learn, and GS for identification of how operations can be streamlined without sacrificing quality.

  • Shaping and define plan for technology oversight and long-term utilization, including "hypercare" and ongoing service models for Janssen NA Commercial, in alignment with JJ Learn COE plan for deployment and longer term platform management

  • Auditing and evaluating the effectiveness of learning technology portfolio and sense / identify new learning new issues that can be solved with technology (Create valid use cases)

  • Partnering with JJIM IT, JJ learn and business team to evaluate and pilot new and existing technology features with plans to ensure technology solutions are thoughtful, deliberate, measurable, and scalable.

  • Leading strategic decision making and evaluation of learning technology providers (AI, AR/VR and other training engagement tools.)

  • Creating reason for building or buying enterprise learning tech and tools

  • Remaining current on researching innovative learning technologies, future tech trends, benchmark latest digital learning trends, innovation, and best practices for J&J IM

Qualifications

Required Minimum Education : A minimum of a BA or BS degree in Learning and Development, Technology, UI/UX, Business, Marketing, or another relevant field; Advanced degree in a related field is preferred

Required:

  • 7-9 years’ minimum experience working within large companies and within sales training/enablement organizations or at an agency supporting large companies.

  • Solid understanding and demonstrated application of L&D processes and platforms such as an LMS, LXP, CMS, and gaming platforms, or have related experience administering other technology platforms so that we can evolve our offerings

  • Experience managing SaaS learning platforms as business product owner, including vendor management, partnering with IT resources, developing system training, and maintaining a well-organized technology environment

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to communicate complex concepts with diverse stakeholders clearly and succinctly to ensure goals are clear and the learning technology vision is aligned with business objectives

  • Strong understanding of how learning design and technology solutions fit together into a comprehensive learning strategy/approach.

  • Superior collaboration skills: ability to build positive relationships with peers, leaders, and internal stakeholders in the business groups as well as external third-party vendors/providers

  • Strong analytical skills and well versed in Excel or other Learning Analytics platforms is a plus

  • Serve as a trusted advisor that partners with a variety of individuals to secure insights and offer recommendations to execute on projects

  • Flexible and adaptable to changing business needs and priorities. Should be comfortable working within an ambiguous and complex environment while demonstrating resourcefulness and intellectual curiosity

  • Strong project management skill set with the ability to manage multiple streams of work with multiple clients simultaneously and successfully

  • Leverage rapid, agile development techniques, mindset, and processes

  • Independently lead, shape, and implement process improvement efforts both with the team and across the organization. Possess the ability to lead others through change

  • An inclusive leader who fosters a culture of diversity, equity, and inclusion

  • Experience recruiting, leading, and coaching.

  • Strong proficiency with MS Excel, PPT, Visio with general proficiency with Office 365 and SharePoint (or other similar collaboration tools

Preferred:

  • Working in Life Sciences (commercial side) and/or other regulated industry is strongly preferred

The base pay range for this position is $118,000 to $203,550. The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs such as health insurance, savings plan, pension plan, disability plan, vacation pay, sick time, holiday pay, and work, personal and family time off in accordance with the terms of the applicable plans.
