Concord USA LLC Consultant Quality Automation in Hopkins, Minnesota

Sets overall delivery and coding standards for project and internal teams. Enables training, mentoring and pair-programming concepts for engineering principles and best practices. Ensures the problem is well-defined and generates sound hypotheses on solutions. Evaluates and selects fitting approaches. Creates new insights into issues and examines them from different angles to solve problems creatively and efficiently. Formulates final analysis deliverables and supporting documentation. Recommends staffing for projects to achieve a balance between internal resources, external resources, and project economics. Manages resource levels, roll-offs, etc. Optimizes and communicates team roles and responsibilities to support delivery process. Reviews deliverables to ensure they meet client expectations and are consistent with Concord standards. Identifies issues and works with client management to facilitate resolution process. Takes a leadership role in technology-related areas of their assigned projects. Assesses risks, identifies and implements opportunities for improving engagement budget adherence and profitability. Adheres to client expense policies when applicable. Guides team toward development of documents and presentations to address client needs and expectations. Content of documents is lean and unambiguous. Prepares persuasive client ready end products. Proactively seeks out professional relationships with client peers and managers. Provides feedback about client organization and personnel to internal teams. Ensure client program owner's success through excellent delivery. Actively participates and leads relevant technical/IT community forums to drive continuous learning, professional networking, and Concord exposure. Continuously updates and shares individual expertise and experience in knowledge repositories. Keeps Concord current with major trends and issues in their area of expertise. Uses understanding of Concord's future direction to raise current or potential issues. Participates in the development and sharing of market-valued intellectual capital, including best-in-class deliverables and best practices. Ensures that knowledge management activities are incorporated into the project. Provides actionable and constructive feedback to colleagues regarding performance. Helps staff to understand and evaluate relationships between engagement goals and career development objectives. Creates an open environment and counsels team members through difficult issues. Creates a project environment which encourages sharing of diverse views. Delegates appropriate level of responsibility for actions and decisions. Minimum Requirements are: Requires a Bachelor s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related discipline, and five years of progressively responsible post baccalaureate experience as a quality assurance analyst/tester; or Master s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related discipline and three years of experience as a quality assurance analyst/tester. The position also requires five years of experience working in or with FIS or Healthcare Industries. The position also requires three years of experience in at least three of the following: Quality assurance management and automation testing management Consulting for functional and automation testing. Test strategy and planning and test case design. Transforming testing projects into automation. Historical experience with automation tools such as QTP, UFT, SOAP, Agile, S lenium. Work Site: 509 2nd Ave. S, Hopkins, MN 55343. Position is based out of and reports to Concord s HQ in Hopkins, MN but allows for the option to telecommute from home anywhere in the U.S. and may be required to travel to and work from unanticipated client sites throughout US. Travel is anticipated to be up to 50% depending on work requirements. Concord requires all new hires to undergo background checks.
