Description
Searching for a AR/Billing Candidate for a company based in Honolulu, Hawaii with flexible schedule and a positive work environment. As an Accounts Receivable Clerk, you will be tasked with managing customer accounts, processing applications, and addressing inquiries. This role will also involve monitoring accounts and taking the necessary actions.
Responsibilities:
• Efficiently process customer credit applications
• Maintain accurate records of customer credit
• Apply special rates or discounts to specific bills as necessary
• Operate database software and electronic billing systems to review and reconcile financial data
• Ensure accurate billing of customers by reconciling sales order records with shipping documents
• Prepare, print, and distribute invoices via mail, email or customer portals
• Follow up with customers via email or phone calls where necessary
• Correct discrepancies in customer accounts
• Utilize Microsoft programs such as Outlook, Word, and Excel in the execution of duties
• Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements • Proficiency in Account Reconciliation
• Demonstrable experience in Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Prior experience in Billing procedures
• Competency in Cash Applications
• Know-how of Cash Collections
• Familiarity with Commercial Collections
• Proficient use of Microsoft Excel
• Experience with Oracle software
• Proficiency in QuickBooks
• Knowledge and experience with SAP software
