An exciting opportunity to join American Express International Card Services (ICS) Hong Kong. We are looking for a creative and dynamic individual to support the development of a suite of Premium and Commercial products and drive profitable business growth.

Key responsibilities:

  • Support Manager to oversee daily product operation

  • Develop an understanding of the needs, preferences and spend behavior of customers and craft an effective plan to drive portfolio growth

  • Manage end-to-end program development, from idea creation to enabling best customer experience and employing effective marketing communication strategy

  • Closely monitor portfolio KPIs and performance of key product benefits/marketing programs to ensure business objectives are met as well as optimal use of investment dollars

  • Manage budget and identify cost saving opportunities

  • Stay connected with competitive activities, especially the evolving lifestyle trends in the affluent space; actively propose new ideas via targeted partnerships to drive spend engagement and loyalty

  • Partner and collaborate with Centre of Excellence teams and internal key stakeholders across the enterprise and uphold a disciplined approach to product management

Qualifications:

  • University degree preferably in Marketing or Business, Finance or related disciplines

  • 6 years of proven experience in financial services, banking, payment industry, with a keen understanding on Credit Card products, product strategy, product development or customer marketing

  • Overall intellectual curiosity with a keen interest in affluent and super-premium segments

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, comfortable working with mass amount of data

  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently, drive and deliver results under time and stressed conditions

  • Excellent oral and written communications skills and proven ability to influence and persuade across the organization

  • A collaborative team player with the ability to deal with change and ambiguity positively

  • Comfortable with using Excel as an analytical tool, Powerpoint for presentation

  • Language proficiency in written and spoken English, Chinese (Cantonese) including Chinese character typing are a must for this role; spoken Mandarin is a plus
