Description
We are in search of a Project Manager/Sr. Consultant to join our team in the education sector, based in Holyoke, Massachusetts, United States. The role involves working with a team of architects, developers, and Business Analysts in handling enterprise systems. You will be providing support for various upgrades and implementations, mainly focusing on project oversight and advisory for the systems in use.
Responsibilities:
• Contribute to the development of enterprise applications in collaboration with architects, developers, and Business Analysts.
• Act as a Sr. Project Manager, overseeing and advising on various system upgrades and implementations.
• Assist in the creation of a system for tracking reports such as promotions, tenure, research profiles, and more.
• Facilitate the establishment of libraries for easy access to these reports across multiple business offices.
• Utilize your skills in 'PMO - Project Management Office', 'Project Management', 'Enterprise Environment', 'Enterprise Level', 'Enterprise Software', 'Enterprise Software Development', 'Enterprise System', 'PeopleSoft Campus Solutions' to enhance the performance of enterprise systems.
• Monitor and evaluate the performance of enterprise systems, implementing improvements as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to identify and fix system issues, ensuring optimal performance at all times.
• Maintain open communication with team members and other stakeholders, providing updates and information regarding system statuses and project progression.
• Participate in project planning, setting goals, and determining timelines for various project stages.
• Ensure all projects align with set goals and guidelines, making adjustments as needed to keep projects on track.
Requirements • Must possess a minimum of 5 years of experience in Project Management or a related role within the Education industry
• Demonstrated proficiency in PMO - Project Management Office
• Proven track record of managing projects in an Enterprise Environment and at an Enterprise Level
• Solid experience in Enterprise Software and Enterprise Software Development
• Familiarity with Enterprise System and PeopleSoft Campus Solutions
• Must have the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with various stakeholders
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions based on accurate and timely analyses
• High level of integrity and dependability with a strong sense of urgency and results-orientation
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
