Need 6 full time, temporary, seasonal Agricultural Equipment Operators to work in Hollandale, MN. From: 03/01/2025 to 11/25/2025 Work: 50 hrs./week, Mon.- Fri. 10 hrs./day These hours could increase or decrease based on weather conditions, crop delay, pests or disease, crop yield, available labor, and or productivity. As required for all workers in Minnesota, hours worked in excess of 48 hours in a work week will be paid at the rate of 1.5 times the regular rate of pay. Effective Jan 1, 2024, per MN State Statute, an employee will earn one hour of paid sick and safe time for every 30 hours worked, up to at least 48 hours of accrued Earned Sick and Safe Time (ESST) per year, provided the employee works a minimum of 80 hours in a calendar year. Must Apply By: 07/14/2025 JOB DUTIES: Assist with daily farm functions including but not limited to the following: Prepare seed potatoes for shipping. Attach farm implements and drive tractor in fields to prepare soil. Operate various farm equipment (tractors, farm trucks, etc.) for planting, spraying, cultivating, fertilizing, and harvesting of vegetables. Thin, hoe, and weed row crops using hand implements. Maintain and repair equipment. Other miscellaneous duties assigned. Crops: potatoes, onions, carrots, corn, soybeans, sweet corn. JOB REQUIRMENTS: No minimum educational requirements. Three (3) months of experience needed. Must have a clean and valid motor vehicle record. Employees may be required to submit to a post-hire drug screening, which is paid by the employer. Must be able to perform tasks that involve exposure to extreme temperatures, extensive pushing, pulling, walking, frequent stooping or bending over, and repetitive movements. Will not supervise others. EMPLOYER ASSURANCES: Work guaranteed for 3/4 of contract period, starting with date of arrival at work site. Employer provides free housing for workers whose residence is beyond normal commuting distance; employer pays inbound transportation and subsistence to work site upon 50% completion of work contract for workers whose residence is beyond normal commuting distance. Daily subsistence will be provided at a rate of at least $15.88 per day during travel to a maximum of $59.00 per day with receipts.
