Actalent Civil Engineering Project Manager in Holland, Michigan
Job Title: Civil Engineering Project ManagerJob Description
The Civil Engineering Project Manager will lead the project team and manage project budgets, schedules, and client communication for civil engineering projects in West Michigan. They will coordinate with the design team, architects, local agencies, and consultants from project planning through completion. Projects include site development for commercial, industrial, and education building projects. The Project Manager will be based out of the Holland Office and will work with, and report to, the Director of Civil Engineering.
Responsibilities
Lead and manage client communication
Create project proposals, schedules, budgets, and allocate resources required for project completion
Direct and review civil engineering project design team for production design work
Perform and manage the preparation of engineering drawings in Civil 3D
Prepare cost estimates, project specifications, reports, proposals, and engineering project documents
Visit project sites and meet with clients and reviewing agencies
Establish and manage project scope and budget
Essential Skills
Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
PE License
5+ years of experience as Civil Engineer for land development/site development projects
Proficiency in use of Civil 3D for civil site development projects
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Experience as Civil Engineering Project Manager
Work Environment
Office located in Holland, MI. Option to work in-office 5 days per week or 3 in-office/2 remote schedule. Average of 40 hours per week and paid straight time for hours over 40. Project sites are in West Michigan.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $90000.00 - $120000.00/yr.
