**Painter- Hill County Area Preparing painting surfaces, cracks and holes Covering exposed objects and surfaces Operate sandpaper for removing old paint etc. Painting and priming surfaces, stain application, coating application. Mixing and thinning paint, matching colours, preparing surfaces and applying paint Clean surfaces before Applying paint, patch walls and perform other prep tasks as necessary.
**Maintenance Tech-Hill County Area Survey buildings and repair mechanical systems to ensure they are consistent with health and safety standards. Basic understanding of electrical, hydraulic and other systems Knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods Working knowledge of basic/power tools, Common appliances and devices Ability to read a tape measure and other precision measuring tools.
Rigger- Hill County Area -Connect rigging for cranes to move panels from finishing area to storage area, or from storage area to load on Truck. -Connect rigging in the safest manner possible for moving panels from one location to another. -inspect rigging for flaws or defects due to unsafe or damage. -Inspect panels in racks for stable and secure dunnage -Ability to analyze heavy equipment malfunctions and apply -Proficiency with hand tools and other equipment.
