Insight Global Lead Reliability Systems Engineer in Hill Air Force Base, Utah
Job Description
Insight Global is seeking a Lead Reliability Systems Engineer for one of their top aerospace & defense clients at Hill AFB in Utah. This individual will be analyzing performance reports while complying with industry standards as well as analyzing preliminary plans and reliability engineering programs to achieve their customers reliability objectives. They will also provide guidance and assistant to the customer as they drive the development and execution of closed loop/corrective action principles, tracking hardware and software improvements and operational performance over time.

Skills and Requirements
* 7+ Years of experience
* BS degree in electrical engineering, physics, or math
* 2+ Years of reliability and / or maintainability experience
* BG in electrical and mechanical engineering
* experience doing failure reports and analysis
o FRACAS, DCACAS, XFRACAS, FMEA, FMECA, RCCA/PA, MTBF, MTBM
* recent roles with full focus on electronics testing
* ability to obtain a TS clearance * active secret clearance
* experience with DoD acquisition programs and / or weapon systems
* ICBM Weapon system exp null
