FTE: Full Time, 1.0, 80.00 hours per pay period (2 weeks)

Shift: Days

Pay: $25.80 - $38.70 / hour. Pay is dependent on applicant's relevant experience

Summary:

Coordinates activities and flow of work for an assigned community health or service program. Experience working with persons with disabilities is preferred.

This is a full-time, salaried/exempt position based in Highlands Ranch, CO. This position is 100% on-site. Some travel for scheduled interviews/job coaching may be required . The primary focus of this role is to provide job coaching and skills training for Project SEARCH interns. Project SEARCH is a school to work transition program for young adults with developmental and intellectual disabilities. Through an internship with UCHealth, we seek to help participants gain the hard and soft skills necessary to integrate into the workforce.

Responsibilities:

  • Facilitates the development, implementation and evaluation of program services and initiatives.

  • Facilitates the development of measurable outcomes based on performance evaluation and research. Collaborates with multidisciplinary teams to assist with problem identification and resolution, implementation of new services, and program development.

  • Assists with developing and implementing marketing campaigns that reach target populations internally and in the community.

  • Assists with fundraising efforts to support programs and services, including securing grants and corporate sponsorships. Serves as a liaison between staff, community groups/agencies, and program participants.

  • Within scope of job, requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgement and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and take appropriate action.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in related field.

Preferred:

• CESP and CRC or be willing to obtain certifications within 1 year of employment
