Assist head cook in teaching cooking classes to students. Assists with estimates for food requirements, assists with menu planning for a 4-week cycle and changes menu planning on a seasonal basis, maintains equipment and cooking area to ensure safe and sanitary conditions. Performs other duties as assigned,
